Power Washing
Hard water stains, mildew, algae, and years of grime don't stand a chance. We pressure-wash everything from driveways to siding to fences, and offer soft-wash for more delicate surfaces — stucco, painted wood, older siding — where high pressure would strip paint or cause real damage instead of just cleaning it. Drywall Repair
From small nail pops and doorknob holes to larger patches, we finish it right — smooth, clean, and paint-ready. That means proper taping and multiple thin coats of mud rather than one thick pass that cracks later, then a final sand so the patch disappears once it's painted rather than showing as a visible seam or texture mismatch. We'll give you an honest assessment of what the repair will look like before we start, including whether the surrounding texture can be matched exactly or whether a wider patch area will give a cleaner result.

Fencing
We install new wood privacy fences and repair existing ones — whether that's replacing a few rotted boards, fixing a leaning post, or building a new fence from scratch. Posts are set below the frost line and set in concrete for a fence that stays straight through Kansas freeze-thaw cycles instead of heaving or leaning within a season or two. Holiday Light Installation
Skip the ladder. We hang your lights along rooflines, gutters, and landscaping — and take them down after the season, so you're not the one on a roof in December weather or storing a tangled mess in the garage. Customer-supplied lights; we'll check strands for damage during install and flag anything that needs replacing before it's up. Book early — availability is limited November through December, and slots fill up fast once the first cold snap hits.
